Official Rules

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Amazon.
2. Promotion Period
The giveaway begins when the Instagram and TikTok giveaway posts are published and ends on June 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.
Daily drawings will take place during Prime Week, June 23–26, 2026.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 49 United States and District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.
4. How to Enter
There are separate entry pools for Instagram and TikTok. Instagram entries count toward Instagram drawings only. TikTok entries count toward TikTok drawings only.
Instagram Entry
To enter on Instagram:

Tag a friend in the comments of the Instagram giveaway post.
Each valid friend tag in the comments counts as one Instagram entry. Duplicate tags, spam comments, bot activity, fake accounts, giveaway-only accounts, or comments that do not comply with Instagram’s rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Bonus entry: share the post to your Story and tag @thesurfaceskinco so we can see it.
TikTok Entry
To enter on TikTok:

Comment on the TikTok giveaway post.
Each valid comment counts as one TikTok entry. Duplicate spam comments, bot activity, fake accounts, giveaway-only accounts, or comments that do not comply with TikTok’s rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.
Alternate Free Method of Entry
To enter without using Instagram or TikTok, email connectwithus@surfaceskinco.com with the subject line “Prime Week Daily Giveaway Entry.” Include your full name, email address, state of residence, age confirmation, and whether you are entering the Instagram drawing pool or TikTok drawing pool.
Each valid email entry counts as one entry into the platform drawing pool identified in the email.
No purchase, Amazon visit, Amazon coupon clip, or product order is required to enter or win.
5. Entry Rollover and Repeat Winner Eligibility
Eligible entries received before each daily drawing will be included in that daily drawing. Entries that are not selected will remain eligible for later daily drawings through June 26, 2026.
Winning one daily drawing does not disqualify an entrant from future daily drawings.
6. Winner Selection
Sponsor will select one Instagram winner and one TikTok winner each day during Prime Week, June 23–26, 2026, for a total of eight prize awards.
Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries received for the applicable platform drawing pool.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each platform drawing pool.
7. Winner Notification
Instagram winners will be contacted only by @THESURFACESKINCO on Instagram.
TikTok winners will be contacted only by @SURFACESKINCO on TikTok.
Sponsor may also pin a comment on the applicable giveaway post tagging each day’s selected winner(s). Pinned comments are for announcement purposes only and do not replace direct notification from Sponsor.
Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or does not comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.
Sponsor will never ask winners for payment, credit card information, or bank information to claim a prize.
8. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value
There will be eight total prize awards: one Instagram prize and one TikTok prize awarded each day during Prime Week, June 23–26, 2026.
Prizes may include surFACE skin co. skincare products, product duos, or product bundles.

June 26 Instagram prize: Kale Yeah Protein Wash — ARV: $25.99

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $204
Prizes are non-transferable. No cash substitution will be offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
9. Shipping and Taxes
Prizes will be shipped to eligible winners within the United States only.
Sponsor will cover standard U.S. shipping costs.
Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting a prize.
10. Amazon Coupon and Purchase Disclaimer
surFACE skin co. products may be available on Amazon with coupons during Prime Week, June 23–26, 2026.
Purchasing any product, using an Amazon coupon, visiting Amazon, clicking an Amazon link, or placing an Amazon order is not required to enter or win and will not increase odds of winning.
Amazon is not a sponsor, administrator, or partner of this giveaway.
11. Publicity and Privacy
By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their social media handle, first name, likeness, and/or submitted content for winner announcements and promotional purposes, where permitted by law, without additional compensation.
Personal information collected for entry or prize fulfillment will be used only to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners, and fulfill prizes, unless the entrant has separately opted in to receive marketing communications.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses bots or automated entry methods, creates fake accounts, submits fraudulent entries, violates platform rules, or acts in an abusive, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike manner.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, platform issues, shipping disruptions, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
13. Release of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
14. Platform Release
By entering, participants acknowledge that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Amazon.
Participants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor, not to Instagram, TikTok, or Amazon.
15. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Winner List
To request a winner list after the promotion ends, email connectwithus@surfaceskinco.com with the subject line “Prime Week Giveaway Winner List” within 30 days after June 26, 2026.
